dear the mortal instruments fans.

How many of you are team “Alex Pettyfer for Jace Wayland PLEASE!” now that news of a movie adaptation is brewing?

I don’t know about you, but I’ve always thought Alex was the only one I ever wanted to play Jace.

It was AWESOME to find out that people who’ve read the books thought so too.

Even MORE awesome that it seems (via tumblr research) that a good chunk, if not all, the online fandom wants Alex for Jace.

Who else is amazed at our like thinking?

Here’s to hoping they don’t totally wreck it.
